The main goal of the Center is to show the value of psychological and sociological explanations for historical trends over time. If you are involved in similar research, do not hesitate to contact the Center as we are always looking for fresh and innovative ideas.
We are particularly interested in economic theories as this would act as a useful supplement to the obviously limited Freudian and Weberian theories.
Theories which explain or predict action within the current world system are especially welcome. These types of approaches are of interest because they allow for the mobilization of prudence. As the saying goes, "prevention is the best medicine."
